Traveling Fee: Negotiable depending on how far the travel is.

Oaths or Affirmations (per signature): $10.00

Acknowledgements, jurat forms, affidavits (per signature): $10.00

Loan, refinance, trust & purchase docs: $99.00 flat fee for 1 set of documents

Waiting / Loss Time: $15.00 after 30 minutes

I accept cash, checks, and all major credit/debit cards.

All services can be invoiced. Please call for after hours availability.
